There is always that guy
Do you ever notice that everywhere you go there is always that guy driving the comaro with the handcuffs hanging from the rear view mirror passing you? Where is he going, and why is he in such a hurry? How can he be in every city all the time?

I could see that, maybe you are late for church? I'm not sure what the handcuffs are for? Just to look .............dangerous?
some people just get stuck in a decade and cant get past the past. the handcuffs are holding him there
